What printing options do you offer? We offer premium quality wall art including canvas prints, framed canvas prints, metal prints, rolled prints and selected digital files. All artwork is professionally printed using archival materials and made to order.
Are prints ready to hang? Yes. All canvas and framed prints arrive fully assembled and ready to hang. Rolled prints are supplied unframed for customers who prefer custom framing.
Can I order a custom size or request a specific image? Absolutely. Custom sizes and special requests are welcome. If you’ve seen an image on my social media or need a specific dimension, please get in touch and I’ll help where possible.
Do you work with businesses or offer wholesale? Yes. I work with businesses, offices, accommodation providers and retailers Australia‑wide. Wholesale and bulk order enquiries are welcome.
Where are you based? Currimundi on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. All images are captured locally along the coastline and surrounding ocean environments.
Do you ship Australia‑wide? Yes. I ship artwork Australia‑wide. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
How long does production take? All artwork is made to order. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production before shipping. Production times may vary during peak periods.
How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary depending on your location and the size of the artwork. Most Australian orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
What if my artwork arrives damaged? If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the issue. I’ll organise a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Can I return or exchange my order? As each piece is custom‑made, returns for change of mind are not accepted. However, if there is a fault or damage, I’ll make it right.
Do you offer digital files or commercial licensing? Yes. High‑resolution digital files and commercial licensing are available on request. Please contact me to discuss usage and pricing.
What materials are used for the prints? Canvas prints use archival canvas, fade‑resistant inks and solid timber frames. Framed and acrylic prints are produced using museum‑grade materials for longevity and colour accuracy.
How do I care for my canvas print? Avoid direct sunlight where possible and gently dust with a dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals.
